Is shipping discreet?
Yes, our parcels are neutrally packaged - with no reference to the contents or to poppers. A neutral name appears as the sender.
How long does shipping take?
Within Germany: 1-3 working days
EU: 3-5 working days International: variable Orders placed by 14:00 are usually dispatched on the same day (Mon-Fri). Will my order be shipped with tracking?
Yes, you will receive a tracking number by e-mail after dispatch. This allows you to track your parcel online at any time.
Do I have to pay customs or import duties?
There are no additional charges within the EU.
For orders outside the EU, customs duties or taxes may apply depending on the country. These are to be borne by the buyer. What happens if the parcel is returned?
If the address is incomplete or acceptance is refused, the parcel will be returned.
Solution: We will inform you - you can choose redelivery or a refund. Can I have my order delivered to a Packstation?
Yes, DHL Packstations are supported - please enter the correct Packstation number and Post number. Important: Parcels must be allowed to be delivered anonymously.
