Can I return products?
Unopened items can be returned within 14 days. Please note that sealed products can only be returned in their original condition for reasons of hygiene.
What do I do if I have received the wrong product?
Please contact us with a photo of the delivered item. We will take care of replacement or refund immediately. Faulty shipments are extremely rare, but we solve them easily.

Can I return poppers if I don't like the smell?
Unfortunately no. Opened bottles cannot be returned for hygienic reasons. Please use trial packs to find your variety.
What do I do when my poppers arrive leaking?
This can unfortunately happen, but is extremely rare.
Please contact our support and send us a photo of the discontinued item.
Of course, you will receive either a credit note or a replacement delivery from us.
