How to use poppers correctly?
Do not drink or apply to the skin!
Open the bottle and diffuse the aroma for 2-3 seconds. Always use in a well-ventilated area. Close the bottle immediately afterwards and store safely. Can I share poppers with other people?

From a safety point of view: Everyone reacts differently - beginners in particular should be careful and gain their own experience. What is a poppers mask?
A poppers mask is an accessory that allows the flavors to be applied more specifically and evenly. It is often used by advanced users. Note: Use with caution and adequate ventilation!
Is there an upper limit to how often you should use poppers?
There is no official rule - but:
Do not use several times a day Take breaks (e.g. 48 hours apart) Avoid long-term use. Why do I get a headache after using it?
Common causes:
Too high a dose Too little ventilation Pre-existing illness or lack of fluids Tip: Drink water beforehand and ventilate well. Can I use poppers with aroma lamps or diffusers?
No. Poppers are highly flammable and must not be heated. Aroma lamps are completely unsuitable - there is a risk of explosion or fire.
How many times a week can I use poppers?
Recommendation: depending on personal reaction.
Continuous use can lead to: Mucous membrane irritation Tolerance development Circulatory problems. Can I use poppers during menstruation?
From a medical point of view, there is no direct contraindication. However, if you are already prone to circulatory problems or heavy bleeding, please use with caution or refrain from using it.
Which bodily reactions are "normal" - and which are not?
Frequent & harmless:
Feeling of warmth, slight dizziness, increased pulse Warning signs (stop immediately!): Chest pain, numbness, heavy sweating, blacking of the eyes Can I use poppers with an FFP2 mask or medical face mask?
No. Masks completely prevent the absorption of vapors and are not intended for this purpose. Special poppers masks must also be correctly ventilated - otherwise there is a risk of suffocation.
