The Extreme Dildo Double Fist Medium brings the feeling of real fisting into a single toy: two clenched fists one behind the other, plus part of a forearm. It comes from the black Push Extreme collection, is made in the EU from phthalate free PVC and is the larger of the two Double Fist versions. Made for anyone who wants to expand their fisting limits step by step.
Two Fists, Double the Fullness
What makes it special is its two-stage design. Once the first fist is in place, it stays there reliably while the thumb of the second fist already stimulates from the outside. Inserting the second fist then brings the feeling of being completely filled. The smooth, soft surface makes every movement pleasant, whether slowly in and out or twisting.
Medium: the Step After Warming Up
With a diameter of 5.6 to 8.6 cm and 27 cm of insertable length, the Medium version is not for beginners. If you're not there yet, start with the Double Fist Small, which is ideal for pre-stretching, and only then move on to the larger fist. One customer uses both sizes exactly like this: the small fist to warm up first, then Medium as the highlight of the session.
Preparation Is Everything
Fisting takes time, patience and above all plenty of lube, both on the toy and on your body. The PVC works with any water or silicone based lube as well as special fisting creams. Start every session slowly, even if you already know the size, and stop as soon as you feel pain. After play, warm water and soap or a toy cleaner is all it takes.
