The RealRock Penis Sleeve 9 inch is a soft TPE sleeve that you simply slide over your penis. It adds around 5 cm of length, makes you noticeably thicker and comes with a realistic look featuring a pronounced head and bold veins. Ideal for anyone who wants to play with a different size in bed.
How the Penis Sleeve Works
Slide the sleeve over your penis and pass your balls through the built-in ball strap. This strap keeps the sleeve firmly in place, even during fast movements. The extra length comes from the tip that extends beyond your head, while the sleeve itself gives you a diameter of around 4.8 cm. To be clear: the extension only lasts as long as you're wearing the sleeve.
Stimulation for Both of You
On the outside, lifelike skin folds, a thick head and bulging veins deliver intense sensations for your partner. On the inside, small stimulating nubs massage your penis with every movement. Since direct friction is slightly reduced, the sleeve can also help you last longer. You'll find more models in different lengths and shapes in our penis extensions category.
Tips for the Perfect Fit
Putting it on is easiest when you're not yet fully erect and use a little lube inside. Don't wear the sleeve for hours at a time, as the ball strap applies light pressure, and take it off as soon as anything feels numb or uncomfortable. If you use the sleeve with different partners, it's best to put a condom over it, as the sleeve itself doesn't protect against infections.
Care and Lube
TPE is soft and skin-like but doesn't tolerate silicone-based products. That's why you should only use water-based lube. After use, rinse the sleeve thoroughly inside and out with warm water and mild soap or a toy cleaner and let it dry completely before storing it separately from other toys.
