Bulges, Ribs and a Nubbed Base
The first few centimetres consist of five gentle bulges that slowly widen the way. From around 17 cm, several ribs follow for more intense sensations. At the end sits a wide base that keeps the dilator from slipping in too far, with small nubs that rest against the head of the penis.
Hollow Channel with Syringe and Stopper
An inner tube runs through the entire dilator, with five side openings and one opening at the tip. With the included 20 ml syringe, you can add sterile water-based lube through it without having to pull the dilator out, and the small stopper closes off the top.
