The Silicone Pump Sleeve Medium from Shots' Pumped series is a soft sealing sleeve for your penis pump. It sits on the opening of the cylinder and keeps the vacuum reliably in place without the hard rim pressing into your skin. That makes pumping more comfortable and more even.
Penis Pump Sleeve for a Better Seal
Many pumps only have a rigid plastic rim at the opening, which doesn't always sit perfectly against the skin. The silicone sleeve, on the other hand, hugs the base of the penis and stops air from escaping. One customer particularly praises its secure fit and the fact that the sleeve doesn't tear, even with frequent use.
Fits Pumps With 5.8 to 6.5 cm
The Medium size fits all common pump cylinders with an outer diameter of around 5.8 to 6.5 cm. It's best to measure the rim of your cylinder before buying. The penis opening is about 2.8 cm and stretches as you put it on. If your cylinder is larger, the shop also carries the Large version.
Fitting the Sleeve and Sealing It
Pull the sleeve over the rim of the cylinder until it sits evenly all the way around. A little water-based lubricant at the base of the penis improves the seal and makes fitting more comfortable. You'll find suitable products in our lubricants category. After use, clean the sleeve with warm water and mild soap and let it dry thoroughly.
Pumping Safely With the Sleeve
Build up the vacuum slowly and take your time instead of going straight to maximum pressure. Stick to the usage time recommended by your pump's manufacturer, and release the air immediately if you notice pain, numbness or bluish discoloration. If you have circulation problems or take blood-thinning medication, talk to your doctor before use.
